Punching Unit of MOTI-50-3NC
(1) Adopt the six mode tooth turnplate Ensure the upper molds and lower molds be absolutely in the center,improving the mold concertricity and extend working life.
(2) No need to change molds frequently,improving work efficiency.
(3) Each mold retains the enough space,workers have a good view during operation.

Two-way positioning
The perfect combination of the two-way positioning design of the punching station and the table scale makes the product punching more accurate, improves the work efficiency and reduces the generation of defective products
Cutting unit of MOTI-50-3NC
(1) Use sharp type of shearing, flat incision interface, no droops, no burrs, no waste.
(2) Two pressure type to make sure no apex angle.
(3) 2 limit switches. (foot switch & press button)
(4) Cutting unit is with double upright pillars and double blades cutting structure.
The above blade and below blade are installed vertically parallelly ,make sure the cut smooth,no waste,no deformation for longtime used.

Bending Unit of MOTI-50-3NC
(1)★CNC SIEMENS PLC control system,Operate interface with touching screen.
(2) Only need to input your required Bending Angles and Busbar Thickness,machine will process automatically.
(3) Through replace different Bending Molds,can get the below Bending types:
#A. Vertical Bending #B. Horizontal Bending
#C. U shaped Bending #D. Z shaped bending
#E. Twisting Bending #F. Embossing
(4) which is with Automatic shutdown function,and can control the down time of cutting unit and punching unit,it is more stable and reliable than traditional relays.
With double-decker working table. Ensure three working units (shearing, punching and bending unit)
(5) With double-decker working table. Ensure three working units (shearing, punching and bending unit) can work at the same time without interference.
*Input height and length directly in order to process the required parts (such as Z type bending), the bending precision ± 1 °, repeat bending precision ± 0.3 °
